Cancellation Policy

# Cancellation Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. ## Memberships Monthly and quarterly memberships are personal, non-transferable, and provide access to eligible classes during the applicable membership period. Memberships automatically renew at the billing frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not provide a refund, credit, extension, or prorated refund for a membership period that has already started. Unused membership time or missed classes do not roll over and cannot be transferred to another person. No refunds, credits, freezes, or extensions are provided due to missed classes, illness, injury, travel, relocation, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, or other personal circumstances, except where required by law. ## Drop-In Classes Drop-in class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to attend a booked class does not qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement class. ## Private Lessons Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least **24 hours’ notice**, subject to instructor and studio availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in **100% of the lesson fee being forfeited**. Private lessons are non-transferable. ## Events and Workshops Tickets and registrations for socials, workshops, and special events are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law. ## Cancellations by Toronto Baila If Toronto Baila cancels a private lesson, drop-in class, workshop, or event purchased separately, the customer will be offered a reasonable rebooking opportunity or equivalent credit. Cancellation of an individual class within an unlimited membership does not normally qualify for a refund, credit, or membership extension. ## Ontario Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable Ontario consumer protection laws.
